Review: I recently attended my first appointment, and it was complimentary! What made it great was being able to ask my questions without worrying about fees. The experience was refreshing—first, one person came in and asked questions. Then, a second professional joined, and to my surprise, he didn’t rush through the process like a “McDonald’s drive-thru.” He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and even examined my feet and ankles. He concluded that I was doing well and only needed to see a podiatrist. How about that? He genuinely cared for my well-being! Even though he didn’t gain a client that day, I will always refer future clients to him. I’m truly grateful for such an excellent experience. Thank you!

Review: When I started at Innate almost 2 years ago, I was suffering from Neuropathy in my hands and feet, in a few weeks I was able to wear closed up shoes and sneakers. I’m a CNA so I’m constantly on my feet for work. The program worked instantly for me. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable and I recommend them to everyone. My session is almost over and I have zero pain.

Review: A total scam! Seems like many others below feel the same and fallen victim. Just another Infomercial TV scam.First, they represent themselves as Neurologist whereas according to the internet, they are Chiropractors. To begin, they take a thermo picture of your legs with a cellphone. Then they advise you of the seriousness of the situation. Then they show you some videos and finally, after they see you are still sitting and listening, they stand over you to sign a contract for $11,000.00, which is a NO way out contract. As for their in-office treatment, it consists of self-service sitting in a chair and placing your feet on a vibrating platform for 10-minutes. Then you move yourself over to a vibrating standing platform for another 10 minutes. Then comes the 2-minute, hands-on treatments, of which were not worth the gas to drive to their office. This consists of a 10-second handheld message vibrator applied over your back followed by laying on your stomach and having the doctor push down on your lower back and finally applying a Chiropractic Activator (hand help clicker) to various locations along your spine and neck. My regularly visited certified and trained Gonstead Chiropractor could not understand how these people could apply any spine manipulation with this activator if they have NO X-rays to see and reference your spine’s current position and condition. This could cause damage or injury to the patient. The last time I went, I told the doctor to “NOT” touch my spine. In other words, there was not much for the doctor to do accept apply the handheld massager for 10 seconds to my back. Totally a wait of my time.I tried to contact them 5 times by phone and always was told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. On the 5th attempt, I reached the front physical office, and I advised them that no one has bothered to call me back. They stated that I was reaching their call center before and apparently, they never received the messages in their office yet, they confirmed with a hesitation in their voice that someone did try to call me from their cell phone. Totally contradicting as they just stated they never received a message? They did confirm receiving my letter advising them of my cancellation of future services. The call ended with, “someone will call you back”. Again, no one ever called back, and it is apparent why as they have nothing to talk to you about. At this point, they have the money in full from the Loan company. In checking the no way out agreement, it allows a patient to get out of the contract within the first month and states that only a $990.00 reimbursement will be applicable less all their in-office services not yet rendered MINUS exams, consultations, etc… In other words, you will not get anything back after you sign. My attorney did note that they make reference to a “in office visit fee schedule”, which is not provided. This means they can value their in-office visit fees at whatever they decided to charge in order to justify this agreement in their favor. When you sign, it states that “you will be responsible for intellectual property you are paying for as well as any used medical equipment”. As far the equipment they provide, there in nothing intellectual about it. It is available for purchase over the internet from other sources. I also noted that they decline your ability to open the equipment they proved at the first free visit and mark this line item on the Supplies Form page as “N/A”. TOTAL SCAM! I plan to contact the BBB, the State of Florida and Channel 7 investigative News.

Review: I waited an hour and a 1/2 to be told there was nothing they could do for me after I had two fifteen minute phone conversations about my morton neuromas. What waste of time.
